Learn how to make a killer Cafe Latte, just like the professional coffee houses do. Cafe Latte translated from Italian to English is "coffee with milk". Here is the recipe to make Cafe Latte coffees.
- homogenized milk
- chocolate powder
- coffee
- using your espresso machine, make a shot of espresso
- then steam 10 oz. milk.
- use another glass of milk to create the foam
- pour hot homogenized milk in a 12-oz. glass until 3/4 full
- pour the espresso shot into the glass
- then sprinkle chocolate on the foam
