Desiderio Pavoni founded the La Pavoni Spa
in 1905 in Milano, Italy. They invented the espresso machine
to be used in coffee bars. This invention lead to cafes as
places to get a cappuccino or espresso drink.
La Pavoni espresso machines are available not
only for commercial applications but also for home use. La
Pavoni offers a whole wack of different models, to many for
me to go through. I have checked out the reviews on epinions
to see what people thought of their espresso machines. One
consumer who wrote a review on the Europiccola EPC-8, he
mentions how it was the best esspresso/caffe latte that
he ever had, even better than the ones we had in Italy."
He also mentions how he likes it because it's easy to clean.
The frother is great as well.
