Isomac is an Italian company that has been manufacturing
espresso machines and coffee grinders since 1977. The Isomac
coffee company was founded by Giovanni Fontana.
Personally I have never heard of the
Isomac espresso machine, I tend to lean toward other Italian
espresso machines such as Saeco.
However I wanted to find out a bit about their coffee makers
so here we go. From my research it looks like they offer
10 different models, Millenium, Relax, Supergiada, Venus,
Zaffiro, Tea,
Brio, Rituale,
A02, Giada and Zaffiro. Depending on which model you choose
prices range from, $500 right up to $1000.
First off you should realize that most Isomac coffee machines
are designed for commercial applications such as restaurants
and hotels. One model that is great for personal home use
is the Isomac Super Giada. Below I found a great review of
this consumer machine that you might want to check out.
Mark Prince from Coffeegeek.com reviews
the Super Giada espresso machine and
writes "Isomac is a brand that has come from nowhere to
highly recognized in the last two years. If you read CoffeeGeek
Forums, talk about Tea this, Millennium that, Zaffiro here,
Relax there... it's all about the Isomacs these days. You
may also be fooled into thinking that Isomac is synonymous
with big ticket machines, but they do have a range of machines
available, from under $300 on up past $1,500 and more.
One of these machines is the Isomac Super Giada, priced
at between $349 and $399."
